Great Fosters is an endlessly charming Tudor estate steeped in royal history, near Windsor in Surrey. Set in 50 acres of stunning gardens and parkland, which include a listed topiary garden, Saxon moat with Japanese bridge the instantly recognisable red-brick facade and chimney tops are a sight to behold as you drive up to the front door.
Immaculately preserved, this stately historic monument boasts a wonderful setting and offers the perfect place to enjoy a quintessentially English afternoon tea. Served in the historic Anne Boleyn drawing room and Cocktail Bar in the Winter months afternoon tea at the Great Fosters estate is an elegant affair indeed. From delicate bavarois to moreish eclairs, the changing array of fancies are always delicious, and served alongside warm, freshly baked scones and an exquisite sandwich selection.
It makes a beautiful gift to a loved one, or an indulgent treat for yourself. In summer the gardens come alive and you can enjoy afternoon tea by the parterres, overlooking the Saxon moat with its pretty Japanese bridge draped in wisteria. You are welcome to wander through the estate either before or after your tea to explore the stunning 50 acres of formal gardens & parkland. Well behaved dogs are welcome at Great Fosters too. Your pooch can enjoy their very own doggy afternoon tea, presented on it’s own afternoon tea stand! All dietary requirements are catered for with prior notice.
